We offer a return policy of 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we no longer offer a refund. You will receive an additional 7 days to return the product for a store credit.

We will send you a return label. We offer free returns for purchases of $250 CAD and over made in Canada or the United States. The same applies for International orders of over 650$ CAD.
From the time the return label is issued, you will have 3 business days to ship the package back to us, if not your return will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods and items are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, customized items, any item not in its original condition or is damaged. Any item requested to be refunded more than 7 days after delivery. Any item requested to be store credited 14 days after delivery.
Pre-ordered items (if applicable)
If an item is pre-ordered no refund will be given. The item may only be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt of item.
Sale items (if applicable)
All items on sale in the SALE section my be returned for exchange only. You will have a maximum of 7 days to initiate the exchange as per our return and exchange policy.
Items purchased at the warehouse or any pop up shop may only be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may several business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or a change of size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This request must be done within 14 days of receiving your item. We will send you a return label at OUR cost. You will have 3 business days from the day the return label is received to have the package shipped out, if not your return will no longer be accepted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will receive all information regarding the refund.
